We are doing “Book Month” in Nursery throughout March. Today is World Book Day so we had a special book themed activity to complete. “Mr Book” sent an email to Mrs Scott asking the children to find missing characters and props from some traditional tales that were scattered outdoors. We then had the tricky task of sorting what character/ prop belonged to which story book. The children loved this task - we found them all and sorted them all correctly! Mission complete ✅ We also squeezed in some outdoor play after. Some children even created their own books at the outdoor drawing area!
We are really looking forward to more book related activities and our dress up day at the end of the month!
